ECNR(Emigration Check Not Required) - Delete ECR from passport This form is filled if you have stayed abroad for more than three years with that passport and your old passport is in ECR (Emigration Check Required) and you do not have anything in the education document, then you can fill this form at the time of renewal and remove ECR from your passport.
